A while ago, a friend of mine introduced me to a wonderful crystal healing tool called orgonite. Orgonite is made with resins, metals and crystals, and is based on the orgone research of Dr. Wilhelm Reich, who found that mixing organic materials and metals in specific ratios created healing energy-emitters that draw in negative energy and turn it into vibrant, healthy energy. Orgonite is usually used to protect people against negative energy, to ease the symptoms of EMF sensitivity, pollution, and to help plants grow.
I instantly became fascinated with orgonite, and had to know more. A bit more research revealed to me that Franz Bardon, one of the most famous and powerful magick practitioners of the 20th Century had independently discovered orgonite, although he called it a solid fluid condenser. In his book, “Initiation Into Hermetics”, he describes it as a powerful magickal tool.
“If Bardon was impressed by orgonite, it must be powerful stuff!” I thought, and I was right.

Crystal Healing Orgonite – An Excellent Amulet and Talisman
Since I am sensitive to energy, I quickly realised that orgonite could be used as a powerful magickal tool, and I started experimenting with my friend’s orgonite. She kindly gave me a pendant (below), and some orgonite pyramids, and I kept them with me as often as I could, especially when performing magick.
I’ve had a lot of success using these talismans not only for shielding me against negative energy and enhancing my well-being, but also for accelerating my magick skills. And it makes sense – you can’t perform magick very well if you’re depleted with negative energy, but if you are surrounded by positive, healing energy, spells become much more effective.
Also, all the orgonite amulets I worked with had different crystals, and I found that I could use these according to my purpose. For example, the throat chakra pendant below that contains Turquoise could be used for any spell related to the third chakra – expression, self-confidence, eliminating shyness, for a few examples.
More Healing Benefits of Orgonite
- Feeling better, both physically and spiritually. As energy blockages are healed and the energy around you starts to flow unobstructed, life feels more joyful and harmonious.
- Relationships improve – for example, many people have gifted their homes or workplaces with orgonite, and they find that their relationships with family and co-workers improve.
- Vivid dreams. This is an effect that many people experience – the first time I slept with one under my pillow I had this surreal dream where I was blind, and then I took my orgonite (in my dream) and put it to my third eye and I got my sight back… I take that as a good sign! 🙂
- Spiritual growth. This goes hand in hand with cleaner energy. An orgonised house can be like a permanent spiritual retreat!
- Protects from EMFs. This is one of the main orgonite benefits that draws people to it. It seems that orgonite does not reduce EMF per se, but instead protects your body from its harmful effects. Many people have felt instant relief from a simple pendant, although if you are very sensitive to electro-magnetic radiation, you may need to place more pieces of orgonite around EMF-emitting devices (your fridge, computer, tv, clock radio, etc).
